MoneyVote Quest is designed for learners aged 12–16. Where the platform is used in a school setting, we act as a data processor on behalf of the school, which is responsible for obtaining any consent required under applicable law. We collect only the data needed to deliver the educational experience and apply additional safeguards to children's data.

We process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the service), legitimate interests (securing and improving the platform), consent (where required, such as for optional communications), and compliance with legal obligations.
